The above-listed search categories require the charge at the rates listed per each usage of the item category. For example, if there are 2 searches performed for phone numbers, the charge will be $25 times 2, which is $50.
The client agrees to pay a court fee of $200 per day for testimony in a court, that requires an investigator of Golden Glow Investigative & Protective Services to appear as a result of the investigation on behalf of the client, or the petition of an attorney on behalf of a person who has legal grounds to request such action.
If the client is in agreement with the terms and conditions of this contract, his/her signature must appear on the contract, along with the investigator’s. This service also calls for the NYS Sales & Use Tax charge of 8 and 1 quarter percent of the invoice total.
